I have two reasons to support my opinion.

It takes time for measures to address the declining birthrate to take effect.
In a society where labor is scarce due to population decline, the participation of the elderly in society is one solution,
and for that, the abolition of the retirement system is necessary.
Secondly, in countries such as the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, age-based retirement systems are prohibited as discrimination.
In addition, the extension of life expectancy has made it difficult to maintain the pension system,
and the starting age for receiving pensions has been raised.
It is better for each individual to decide their retirement age based on their own savings situation.
Forcing people who want to work to retire is unfortunate for them.
Also, the labor of people who need to earn a living should not be prohibited by the retirement system.
In conclusion, I am of the opinion that the retirement age should be abolished.
