科学は発展途上国の飢餓を解決できるのか?
世界の10人に一人は飢餓に苦しんでいる。
アフリカやアジアに多い。

I think that science can provide a solution to hunger in developing nations.
I have two reasons to support my opinion.
Firstly, one in ten people around the world suffers from hunger.
On the other hand, the global grain production is said to be enough for the world's population.
In fact, over 30% of people in the United States are obese, and Japan generates over 5 million tons of food loss.
If technology advances and we can accurately estimate the amount of food needed,
supermarkets and other businesses will no longer need to hold excessive inventory.
Secondly, it is necessary to solve food loss in developing countries.
For example, food loss occurs due to problems with storage facilities for harvested crops.
Solar-powered refrigerators are being introduced to address this issue.
In addition, there are examples of developing varieties with high yields, resistance to pests, and drought resistance using biotechnology.
Furthermore, there is an agricultural app developed in India that uses AI to analyze images and suggest appropriate pesticides.
In conclusion, I am of the opinion that science can provide a solution to hunger in developing nations.
